Return & Refund Policy – 3H Scents (Pakistan)

At 3H Scents, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product should be in the same condition as delivered.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required.

❗ Note: Due to hygiene and authenticity concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfumes.

Please share:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item (if damaged, incorrect, etc.)

We will review your request and send return instructions once approved.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products bought on sale or discount

  • Customized or limited edition items

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement after verifying the issue.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

  • Bank or payment provider delays may apply.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
